They are TOO silly!

My pre-schoolers enjoyed trampling me when I got to work from my appointment! They are so sweet.

Lets see.... we didnt get an ultrasound today. I really wanted one but needed to get back to work. They did a full exam and listened to her heart. She was at her normal resting rate of 144 beats per minute. The doctor said, "This baby wont cooperate!" I told him that I have been hearing that since my first appointment! He said several things.... She is still measuring big! Her organs and spine still say July 4th but her size says June 26th. I only gained 3 pounds this visit, which makes a total of 12 for the entire pregnancy! He was proud of me for that. Im still eating right and moving around as much as I can, so something must be paying off! I will go again on my birthday, March 22nd. We wont get another ultrasound until time after next. I elected to wait until we get closer to the end to see her again.

She had hiccups for the first time 2 days ago. She actually had them twice. It was really neat. Im struggling to sleep at night and get comfortable. Got my first episode of heartburn last night but lets hope it was just that... an episode. So, all is well.

I heard two of my preschoolers arguing the other day... "She is MY sister." then "NO she is MY sister" and so on. I stopped them and asked what was going on... one said "He said the baby isnt my sister." I said "What baby?" and he pointed to my belly!
My kids love to hug my belly and one said the other day "Miss Michele, I can hear the baby!" I said "What did she say?" He said "She is crying." So sweet. I love them!

I cant believe this child is still 4 months from arriving and already has so many clothes and things! This is one loved child! Thanks Jenica, Aunt Jean and Miss LeighAnn for the clothes. Its been so fun to shop and open gifts for her! Love all the ruffles on the butt and scalloped edges! Aunt Jean bought Ashlynne her first ring. It is so special. We will cherish that forever.

Mommy also got a book and baby got a special princess spoon from Jenica!

Grammy sent Ashlynne 20$ for her savings account and mommy some clothes & socks for Valentines Day. I already scrapped it into our pregnancy journal. Papa Jean sent her a Hot Wheel but its a girl car he says. My pregnancy journal has been a blast. That was the very first thing I bought myself after I found out I was pregnant. It will be the gift I give any friend who is pregnant. It tracks the entire 9 months! Even stuff you're not sure you want to remember! (like how much you weigh!)

We are twenty weeks tomorrow and the snow decided to join us to celebrate!

Everything is going well. Besides a few little things like achy body in the morning, tough time getting comfy at night and pottying a lot, everything is awesome... I can feel her moving at least once everyday, which I love.

No work today! Region 8 decided to give us the day off and due to the holiday Monday, this will be a 4 day weekend. Yahoo! Much needed rest and relaxation. Love snow days!
